problem is no one knows what speed he was doing or even who is at fault

it was a head on collision on the expressway

I know friends of the person who crashed into the BMW. I was told that person was intoxicated and driving in the wrong side of the road.

Extremely un unfortunate and sad. The person that caused the accident survived while the innocent driver did not.

Please don't drink and drive.
