What's a fair price for my FBO E92?

Item Interest
My '07 E92 335i has sport package, 7" VRSF intercooler, 3" no-cats, BMS dual cone intake, MMP silicone inlets, and new wheels and tires.

The car dyno'd over 400whp and 500wtq with timing corrections last year. With the inlets and more ethanol 475whp should be attainable.

I found a 335XI I want, so I'd like to get an idea of how much I'll lose in the deal.

So what should I realistically expect for the car? It has 133K miles, but hasn't given me a single problem over the 12 months I've owned it. I bought it with 110K.

I'd say 12-13k would be a fair price
