I don't believe NH has any e85 stations. The closest gas station are those surrounding Boston. Chelsea, Charlestown, Logan etc. Charlton rest stop on 90 has it.

i normally hit up burke oil in chelsea mass.

Brief note on Burke - don't go there expecting to fill up any jugs with E85 - they straight up will not do it and the dude there can be pretty rude about it. The Shell station in Charlestown just outside of City Square doesn't give a shit, and neither does the Gulf at Logan, but the one by the airport is usually crazy busy.

Burke in Chelsea has a small sticker on the pump that says it could be as low as 50% E85 and the Gulf stations on the Pike say "at least 70% E85. Has anyone tested or confirmed the actual ethanol content from these handful of stations in MA or know how it may fluctuate based on seasons or other factors?

The Gulf station at Logan tested 80% ethanol in late September, but many places shift to a seasonal blend, so your best bet is to pump out a small amount, test it and if it's good green light filling the tank. You can get a tester for short money online and all you need is water and the fuel in question to use it.
