Hello. The car is in great condition and has NO problems. Just serviced at BMW. I am moving and would like to sell quickly, thus the price. I think I got a good deal and am willing to better that. I am in the Hampton Roads Area of VA.

Reducing price...
I am willing to do $465/month (effective payment, not including your taxes). This includes 1000/miles month. Everything is under warranty for the life of the lease.

Mileage / terms:
- 28,xxx miles (current)
- 38,200 miles on lease (will buy miles so you have 1000 miles/month)
- Lease end: October 5, 2010 (a little over a year)
- Buy at lease end: $32,175
- I have purchased a $750 tire warranty that transfers (very helpful)
- We split the transfer fee (BMW transfers are simple)
- Effective payment of $465

Note: My current payments are $536 month + tax, I will buy it down to get the effective payment to $465 (part of this is keeping my security deposit of $500, you pay whatever your tax is). I hope this is clear, but if not, feel free to ask.
