330i sport thru car wash?
I know, I know, don't do it.. but when it's 117 here in the summer and I have direct sunlight on my driveway right up till sundown, a semi-auto wash is a good thing.. I'm talking one where it's a hand job and no brushes or other machine-operated spinning crap is touching the car. My question is - is the car high enough to clear the tracks that pull it through the wash, and are the wheels not too wide for same?

Buy some lights and shit at Home Depot and stay out there washing your car! That is the best way to do it! |

Luckily there is a real hand wash car wash place near where I work. Absolutely nothing is automated, they just have about 20 guys out there doing each little part as they pull the cars around a circle. They usually do a pretty good job, too. It is great when you just need a quick wash, and it is only $12 for just the outside.

Hand wash is the best.. Seriously, i would never take it to a place where those sandpaper bristles are constantly rotating on the car.
