You may be right, lighter by 1 lb! But you do agree that 1 lb difference is 'similar weight', ha ha!
Heh! Weird. I always thought the 335 was like 50+ lbs lighter

The coupe is 50 pounds lighter than the sedan, so coupe vs coupe the 335i should be a little lighter, but theyre both heavy, ditch the stock rims+ runflats and that a lot of weight saved right there.

The GT3 was a car that I wanted, but I passed up on it because it is a very unforgiving car to drive fast and well. This new one looks like a winner. I'm curious about the longevity and ongoing maintenance of the high rev engine as well.

I'm severely bummed that there's no manual tranny tbh...but the car is just amazing. Idk it's bittersweet love

The forklift should be good. It would make for easy track side repairs.

I had mine done by Seb; I think it took like 3 hours. DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF. Unless you have a lift in your garage, installing downpipes on XI is only a little bit easier than doing eight root canals on a woodpecker while escaping on a unicycle from a hungry grizzly bear.

That doesn't make sense. Woodpeckers can't have root canals performed on them.

Oh look, a zoologist :P

Indeed, since woodpeckers don't have teeth. Two choices: replace "woodpecker" with "hamster", or go with "that's exactly why it's impossible, so don't even think of it".

It's this guy: https://www.facebook.com/BuiltBySeb

Used to have a shop in Vaudreuil, but now moved to roughly between here and the moon. Absolutely awesome guy, does some crazy good work, just happens to be too far (and too busy) to be accessible anymore
