Not sure about the mileage. I, personally, have not installed it but it is a used part. There is some slight wear on the leather (slight discoloration) on the backside top (about the size of half a dime) but you can't even see or feel it once the wheel is installed. It's nothing major but I just want to disclose it as a small flaw.

If you have the sport steering wheel, you can just transfer the airbag bracket, airbag, multifunction buttons and trim over from that. It's a direct swap.

how does this compare to the Mtech wheel? Is this thicker?

Same thickness but it "feels" thicker than the M-Tech. The leather on this is smooth Novillo (I think) throughout while the M-Tech has perforated leather on part of it.
