[Alpine335TT]

So tonight, late friday evening at 3:30-4:00ish I'm driving home from DC. My buddy along with 3-4 other cars are behind me as I turn onto Canal Road coming out of DC. It's a 2 lane road with double yellow lines. As soon as I make the left onto Canal at the traffic light, just passing Georgetown University, an AW E92 M3 in the way back of the line of cars decides to illegally get in the left lane and pass all the cars, proceed to cut me off and then hit his hazard lights. I was the car in the front. At this point I'm thinking to myself, wow, what a jackass, but let me keep up with him to see what this guy is all about... maybe he's trying to have some fun..

long story short.. I try to pace him several times to see if he wants to do a pull for fun... after seeing no reaction, I just keep cruising further past him.. ....3 times he decides to fly by me while I'm at cruising speed and hit his hazards....

It's just really sad to see the kind of dooshbagedness (yep I know that's not a real word) that exists out there... every other time I've run into another 335 or an E92 M3 on the road, I've gotten a wave or a thumbs up.... this time however I ran into some dooshbag who tried to belittle me in his godly M3.. (and keep in mind I do respect M3s a great deal)..

First... Those were rear fogs, If I hit the hazards it wasnt till later and it was only to say "hi"...not exactly like you can wave to each other at 4 am in the darkness...

Second... the only reason i passed anybody was to catch up to you to ride next to each other cause, frankly your friends were all driving a little slow.

Third... I dont condone street racing so sorry i wasnt willing to pull with you for fun, i thought the 100+ pace we were cruising at was sufficeint enough to be fun without being too dangerous.

fourth... dont act like you didnt pass me on double yellow...twice.

Fifth... nice langels what are those Gp thunder?

sxith... I honestly thought to myself, as i took my exit, I gotta go post in the spotted thread about seeing a nice looking 335 on the way home, and i was saddly dissapointed to see your post with all of its animosity...

who is the real douchebag here... the guy in the m3 who tried his best to catch up to the 335 so we could cruise together for a little or 335 who ran home to complain on e90 about an m3 wildin out... come on man

It's actually nice to see you here so you could explain yourself. I suppose I took what happened the wrong way.. all I remember is you blowing by me doing 100+ and what looked like hazards every time you passed me going really fast.. hazards to me and everyone else I know.. is a sign of "i just beat you" so I felt like you were trying to punk me...didn't come off as friendly to me at all.. pulling up to me and honking probably would have sufficed as a hello we definitely didn't cruise together.. all I remember is you flying by me multiple times..

I definitely did not cross over into the one way lane.. never have.. never will.. especially when that road is crawling with cops.. the only times I got up next to you was when it split into two lanes going in the same direction.. I know this because I drive on that road almost every day of the week.. i only had friends in the car directly behind me.. but keep in mind we were in a 35-40 mph zone..

I'll admit.. the second you flew by I got a little peeved and at that point took everything you were doing as a big middle finger in my face.. thought you were trying to showboat that you were driving an M3..

As far as street racing.. I don't condone it either..but as aggressive as you were driving.. we might as well have done a pull from a slow speed which is what I was trying to do but you kept gunning it so I couldn't even catch up!

Either way.. no hard feelings... I'd hardly qualify as being a dooshbag (at least not on the road )seeing that I never instigate with other cars.. I usually drive pretty slow actually and mind my own business..

Maybe we'll run into each other again.. next time.. wait up! lol

Hahaha, this thread is hilarious. I was expecting MTrizzy to say "just kidding" or something, then I realized it really was him. Pretty funny.

It also cracked me up every time you spelled douche, "doosh". Even just typing it there made me laugh again. It looks so funny. To me, "doosh" sounds like the noise you'd hear if a fat guy jumped into a pool. Every time I read it, I read it in my head as "DOOOOOSssshhhhh"

I had the same thing happen almost a week before (might have been sat night though)... (i was in my friend's Mazda 6) an AW M3 passed 3 or 4 cars (including us) on canal road, we were leaving Georgetown around 3:30am, we followed suit, and another friend of mine in an old lexus GS followed the e92 until the beltway and river rd exit... then the M3 flashed his emergency lights... wtf?? nobody was racing!

we thought it was pretty funny!
