Anyone here have wastegate issues with 2010 335i?

I mostly hear wastegate issues with 2007-2009 models, but haven't heard from 2010 owners. Did the 2010 models get the beefier actuators that prevent the rattle?

I have a 10 and it makes the noise a couple times a week. Never when it's at the dealer though of course.

When you go to BMW and get new turbos, the new ones have the 8mm actuator wastegate arms (The stock ones had 6mm).
