i'm not trying to be the price police~ check out the other procede fs thread for price points, it will help sell the item quickly if thats what you are looking to do, great quality parts nice to see you did it right! i would trade an afe dci for that injen unit anyday, so nicee. glws.

about 10%, louder with the hvac filter off but not really designed for sound in mind. throttle response however is improved marginally and not much of a bog between shifts.
