New member needs advice
I am new member and need some advice on a number of things for 2007 335i sedan. I am about to run out of factory warranty and looking to do some upgrades when I get home from deployment to afghanistan in Sep:
1. Active autowerke processor: want the HP upgrade, but do not want a bunch error messages coming up went I start the car. Nor damage the engine. Some have recommended the blow off too, needed? 2. Exhaust: My bro has an AMG and LOVE his exhaust. I realize I cant get his sound, but something similiar in the "grumble" like. I do not like the whiney, race type sound. Any recommendations? Once again Active autowerke's? 3. Aero kits: I looked at BMW performance site, but it did not show pics for the kits on a 335, it was a 135. Looked like the front kit removes the fog lamps? The like AC Shnitzer front 4. Tires: I am going to get rid of my RFT? Can I get 19" installed with new rims? What width? I do not want ANY rubbing. Thanks for any and all help |

you cant fit your RFTs on a 19" rim. if you want 19s then you have to buy new tires. I have some 20s for sale, but idk if they will fit your car without rubbing.....your probably have to roll your fenders and shave the offset a little bit

As far as wheels go, if you are wanting to go with 19's you will need to get a drop. If you have the $ go for a set of coils, if not springs should suffice.
With the engine tunes, I can put you in touch with someone. |
