Question swooshing noise when Making Left Hand turns.

So as of late I started to hear some swooshing noise when making left hand turns or when I cut the wheel to the left @ fast and slow speeds. The swooshing sound does not occur when making right handed turns. So I bring it into the dealer to have it checked out.. "A foreman and technician took it for a test drive but did not hear anything" So I take there word for it.. Revers and start to take a left hand turn.. sure enough swooshing noise still there.. I go back into the dealer and say the swooshing noise is still there! the Foreman goes that's normal the cause of that sound is from the power steering.. So I argue my case and said that this sound was never there before?! Dealer (BMW PEABODY MA) says it's normal for it to sound like and that there is nothing that they can do.. CPO 07 328XI.. Do you guys get a swooshing noise when you guys make left handed turns?.(Just Curious). the Dealer has two service departments.. I am gonna have to call the other service department and see what they say... right now I am just pissed because the sound was never there before! and it annoys me when I hear it.

Which service center did you take the car to? Centennial drive service center is the best out of the two.

Swooshing Noise is GONE

So it appears that the service department did not test drive my car for the noise.. So I brought it in to there Second Service department.. Test drove it with a Tech.. Sure enough the noise came back and the Tech goes "he knows what it is" It turns out to be a bent Dust shield that was scrapping my rotor disc. The tech replace both rear dust shields and now my Baby sound Fresh and new again!!

Please go back to the original service dept and notify them of their fail. They are reimbursed for warranty work so why not try to investigate??? This is their bread and butter! I don't understand the mentality here.
