how much discount on a leftover 2012 car ?

Brand new 2012 Mercedes E350 coupe 4matic sitting at the dealer-$69,100 MSRP-how much should I offer?

l think starting at 62,000 is a fair start?

Thank you for the help

What packages does it have? MB has quite a bit of mark up at around 9%.

First, you will need to find out what factory incentive is out there this month and you are now too close to August, I think you should wait for August program and go from there. If you push hard, I think 6.5% off list right now.

That's a good start. Therefore, if you push for 6.5% off (for example), then you should be able to get another $4500 or so.

The worst they can say is 'No' and you try again in August at another dealer. I heard MB Mississauga likes to play ball and perhaps you can try that dealer too.
