325xi need oil refill after only 1000 km

Hi,

I just bought a 2006 325xi with only 37,000 km on the clock and it’s like new, however a month ago it told me it needed 1litter of oil added so I did, now just over a month later (1400km) its telling me it need another litter added is this normal

, I know my wife’s 330xd used oil but not this frequently.

Well now its shows to be at half and is ok? After a 10min drive, maybe it was the cold that triggered it as its really freezing over here at the moment.
