Sick

Re-used my 328 OEM Muffler to keep the OEM sound. The right tip goes to the left side of the mtech and the left tip curves above and over the right one and onto the other side. I love it, no drone or any ricer sound!

The result...

I actually dont think the 4in tips are too big at all... they fit perfectly into the cut outs. I was worried at first cause they looked huge, but once they were installed its the perfect size

They did such a nice job it's hard to snap pictures from underneath, he painted the left pipe all black so you cant see the bends or anything. I re-used the 335 diffusor so it snapped into place and everything went back in so theres nothing open and its hard to take pictures of it.

Next time it goes on the lift again (getting Performance Brakes on next week) i'll try to take some pics.

What did you use to paint yours? I guess I should probably look into that.

Hows the performance with the Magnaflow? I am at Muffler delete right now, and I feel a loss in power, does Magnaflow get it back like stock, or better than stock? thanks

i wanna do the same with my 06' 325i, but was concerned for the sensors in the rear. Would that mean I need to find a bumper that has the precut holes for the sensors?

Yes, you can do duals on an E90 328. Price shop with some exhaust shops by telling them what you wanna do and make sure they can use stainless piping.

Looked and sounded great! Is there noticeable performance gain with such mod? Seems to me to have any gain the exhaust will have to sound very aggressively different from the stock, but not this one.
