My performance exhaust was too quiet at first. After 1500 miles it is a little more noticeable from the inside. Hopefully, it will keep getting louder for the next few thousand miles.

Do a secondary cat delete and you'll never look back.

Here's a video of my car with a BMW PE and secondary cat delete. My favorite mod to date.

How much louder does the cat delete make it? I heard my car driven by someone else for the first time on Saturday, and it's f'in loud from the outside as it is. Some more interior volume would be nice, but it's gotta be classy

It becomes as loud as the exhaust should be. The interior noise becomes audible, vs. without the cat delete in which it was barely audible. The exhaust retains its refined tune with the secondary cat delete, and there's no drone with the windows up.

ok so I have done 2000 miles on it now, and it has improved, it has a audible bassy sound now (when fully warmed up) and has a great growl as you stomp on the throttle. Buddy followed me the other day and I red lined it in 1st and he said you could really hear it ! I am much happier with the 2000 miles on it ! |
