6FL ipod issue success stories in London?

Has anyone in London been able to get a dealer to perform a Progman update to v27.0 or 27.1 to resolve their 6FL ipod issue?

Sytner Harold Wood still doesn't acknowledge it as a problem and thus refuse to sort out the issue on my E93. They even claim the latest Program version is 25, even though my car has v26.0.

Any advice much appreciated.

Ive just been advised to wait for v29 as my E93 has a misfire at low revs that they say is sorted on v29!.....the garge had been advised by BMW not to load v27....unless i was screaming ( as its wasnt a gurenteed fix!)....not the answer you were looking for but maybe theyre not happy with v27 with your problem too.
..ive got v26 too!
