Put the car on AutoTrader or cars.com. This is the last place you are going to sell the car. This place has nothing but bottom feeders. I am hypocritical as hell in saying that as I have listed mine here as well for sale....but I do have it on AT and cars.com. If I can't sell my car for $35k (actually tunrned down $35k the week before Thanksgiving), I'll let the dealer take it for $31k and save money on taxes on my purchase. Ain't no way in hell I'd sell my '09 335i privately for $31K. Don't know what the tax laws are in your state but in mine we only pay sales tax on the difference on what you are buying the new one for vs your trade in allowance.
