Thoughts on Zaino Z-CS

I cleaned my new car with dawn,
applied 1 coat of this stuff (sprayed around 25-30 sprays)
let it sit for 6 hrs and applied a 2nd coat (around 20 sprays)
let it sit for 2 hrs and applied z-8

now its a few weeks later and it doesnt appear to bead the water as good as when first applied.

I've used Z-2 before on my G and was completely happy with the results... to me at this point Z-cs doesnt seen to work that well.

any comments ?

thanks

I used it on my Ford Ranger (E92 335i en-route) and had the same experience. It left a nice shine, but six weeks later I don't notice the same beading I recall with Z-2 after the same length of time.

I plan to keep it and throw a coat of it on in between Z-2 applications.

Here are some reviews on Zaino Z-CS

I haven't had a chance to personally use it yet. Seems like there are some mixed reviews all around.

I've used it and did about half as many sprays for my E92 coupe (maybe 12 - 15 sprays per my entire vehicle incl wheels and windshield). I work it in and don't leave any evidence of it on the paint e.g. heavy spots, streaks etc.

I never apply Z8 right away - I let it cure at least a day and sometimes wait for the next wash and then hit it with Z-8. I've done this even with Z2 and Z5 in the past i.e. wait for a cure time of say 12-24 hours before applying Z8.

My ZCS is on top of Z5Pro and Z2Pro (Black Sapphire) and I'm going on 3 months with exceptional beading although I apply Z8 weekly which will certainly extend the durability. I was impressed with the shine from ZCS but that's been my experience - ymmv.

I ordered it, kinda expensive though. I've been really impressed with results of other Zaino products I've been using for past year:

Z2
Z6
Z7
Z18

I'm hooked on Z6. I hope this Z-CS works better.
