PS bid respect to Ronaldo in not celebrating.

I'm afraid this is a topic about the premier European cup competition. Not matches played on Thursday on Channel 5.

I didn't see it live but just watched the sending off on youtube.

It is a bit more than I expected to see given the uproar.

European refs are also far more likely to get the cards out.

bluddy hell, that game was good until, that idiot went and sent off nani.

i can understand the argument of studs being high, but he didnt know the player was there.

respect for ronaldo for not celebrating.

his facial expression when nani was sent off was shocking. he was like confused, same as Jose.

respect also for Jose saying the better team lost.

hopefully arsenal try and beat bayern, would prefer a english team in the next round. thats from a man united fan

Jose is Jose, he dont give a flying fuck about beating Man U , he is just trying to secure the job after Fergie.

Keen says high boots are dangerous and the sending off was correct. This means overhead kicks are also dangerous, yet these are carried out in crowded penalty areas with no comment. This same Roy Keen actually jumped on another players leg and broke it. If the Nani incident was a red card then Keen should have been banned for life. I have been a Man.U supporter for 70 years.

How did finishing fourth work out for you last year, remind me again?

But good luck with your match tonight against whatever Uzbekistani or whatever second division team you're playing against.

I remember hearing "mind the gap" quite a bit last year, then you all went quiet when 'Arry "The Twitcher" Redknapp did what he does best and shattered your dreams.

You're in your 70s or 80s and on a BMW enthusiast forum?

Nani deserved to be sent off. It's Irrelevant whether he had his "eyes on the ball" or not - his foot was high and he went into the lad at full pelt.

Man U fans are only crying because they're not used to getting the correct decision go against them.

I see the DailyManUMail has already started a witch hunt against the poor ref.
