Dilemma on tires!!!

hello fellas

Ive got a dilemma on the all-season tires for my OEM 189s. I have narrowed it down to two types:

Continental DWS
or
Pirelli PZero Nero M/S

I am a pretty "spirited" driver, ride quality is a must and dont care too much about tread life. Ill be driving the car in NYC area this winter and plan on going to few upstate ski trips. Ill be buying from tirerack.
Also feel free to suggest any other possible choices.

It is kind of difficult to put "pretty spirited driver" with all-season tires in Winter season in New York.

You won't get sprint fast on all-season in Summer. You won't get traction in Winter. You get in the middle of no where.

Spend some money and put on a set of Winter wheels and tires.

word of advice, if you are driving in the snow, get snow tires not all seasons.

+1000000

I had the Pzero Nero's... Awful tire. They are soft and loud, and tramline like whoa.

Go with Goodyear Eage F1's, they are awesome for all season. But I learned my lesson the hard way, get a seperate set of snow tires/rims.

I'm in the same boat. But I'm looking at Ultra High Performance All Season. What do you guys think of this type as an alternative to dedicated snow tires?

i hate all seasons..i run summers most of the year because i only drive my car ~1000 miles in the winter, having all seasons (generals) i can say they are horrible and no all season tire will fare incredibly well in snowy conditions, not mention they are like mush. get your self a dedicated winter/summer set up.

Nah I don't, however I've been reading up on them because I'm due for a new set of tires soon and these seem to be the best out of the bunch.

Go read the reviews on them, most of it is all positive stuff. They are really good engineered tires.
