New headlights look really good, I wonder if they will fit pre-facelift, looks like they just might.

to me it looks like the fender and hood lines haven't changed in the headlight area. And as far as the hood and the grill, it almost looks like with a little work to the hood you might be able to get the grill to work if they haven't bulked it up any

tires are Conti Pro Contacts. Those are not run flats? Could they be dropping the RFTs?

First of all thanks for posting these! Lots of interesting items to gather from these pictures.

This is an US spec model because of the front reflector. It probably is also a 335d since there is the urea replacement port on the rear left portion of the body.

The new iDrive is more than likely present in this car because:
- 2nd optical drive is missing and the track buttons have been moved under the 6FL buttons.
- The 2 customizable buttons have been removed from the steering wheel and is the same as the non-iDrive counterpart.

Confirmation of US model again since it says FM/AM and Mode instead of 7 and 8 for 6FL. Additionally, the speedometer is in MPH and there is only a front fog light button, again only in the US.

Finally, the signals in the back look red and not amber tinged as in the rest of the world. I wish they would bring amber signals back.

I still think they are runflats. Look at the bottom left of the tire picture. There is a circle logo that resembles the RSC mark.

Thx for the pics!
Seems that the car parked in the neighborhood of you?!

Good to see some interior pics, which confirm the new I-Drive on MY09! And they also confirm, that the US will get a the 335d.. look at the instrument panel, the RPMs are the Diesel ones..! Its a pitty, that the photographer didnt remove the tape on the head- and taillights..

Yes, it sure is a diesel, and those tires looks like all-season since they are H-rated.

Given BMW's pattern of applying styling trends from one model to the next, I suspect the new 3 may have headlights with top and sides similar to those seen on the leaked new 7-series model.

The headlights in the pictures are them. These are marketing images and have been verified.

I like how everyone points out that it must be a diesel because of the 5K redline when in the same picture you can clearly read the word diesel on the fuel gauge....
