I am installing a couple of gauges in the ashtray mount of my e90 and am having a hard time figuring out where to put the sensors/sending units for the gauges under the hood. Two guages I'm installing, both Innovate Motorsports gauges.

First - The water temperature and volt meter gauge. I got the volts down just need to know where the temperature sensor can go. Is there a spare plug anywhere in the cooling system that I can use or should I piggyback the wiring to the existing thermometer? If the latter, where is the existing water temp sensor/sending unit?

Secondly - The Oil temp/Oil pressure gauge. Same as the water in regards to the temperature sending unit. Is there a spare plug somewhere that I can take benefit of using to measure the oil temp or do i piggyback to the existing oil temp sensor. If the latter, where is the existing oil temp sensor/sending unit? The kit also came with an oil pressure sending unit, where can that go and if nowhere where's the factory installed one to hook up to.
