325i brake question
I noticed recently that when my car is cold the brakes seem to stick slightly. I notice it when I come to a stop and then let my foot off the brake and the car doesn't move ( it's an auto ) there is like a delay then the car sets of and you hear the dunt of the brakes letting off. I took the car a short drive and there is no pulling to the side when braking or accelerating, no strange noises and mpg is also still as normal. After the drive I jacked the car up and all 4 wheels spin freely.
Kinda puzzled with this. As I say it only happens when the car is cold.

Could be the hill start facility which locks the brakes on for a few seconds after you take your foot off the pedal to stop the car rolling back on hill starts..?
