V710's with 335xi Coupe

What mods will be required going from 225/45/17 ET34 all around to 235/40/18 ET35 all around? Can I use the same lugnuts and so forth?

Thanks in advance,
G

Shouldn't be any problem here, but personally I would stick with a 235/40-18 all around if you're going to do it. Putting a smaller tire up front and a larger one in the back with the same width wheel, isn't going to help any.

You can use your stock lugs and stock BMW emblem if you like! Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.

I have the v710's 18x8.5 all around.
235/40/18 are the recommended tires for 8.5" wide rims.

That is the setup I have and works and looks great. You can use your existing lug nuts etc. no modification needed.

235/40/18 with a 18x8.5 +35 wheel would be a direct bolt-on fitment. No modifications or aftermarket hardware required for installation.

On this same note I have a set of v710s with 245/40/18s on them from my e60 (xi model as well) that I just traded, would these fit on my 335xi coupe? I know there will be speedometer error (like .8% slower) but I want to be sure there will not be issues with the fronts rubbing using this setup.

The fronts are going to be a tight squeeze. It depends on the brand of tire but I have seen people do a 245 front and 275 rear on the E92.

I have bridgestone RE960AS on the wheels. Perhaps I should test fit them and see, want to be very careful since I know the front fenders can be damaged somewhat easily on these.

RE960's do run a bit narrow so they might work...
