will it void my engine warrenty?

i recently just hit 13.5k mark on odometer, and the service light pop up telling me i need to have a regular maintenance at dealer ship. the question is that i currently have a Gruppe m replica intake on my car and if i take it to the dealer ship for service, will that aftermarket intake void my engine warrenty for good and mark my car as having a modified engine so if something wrong from my engine later on, there is nothing to do with them?
or should i swap the stock intake back on and take her to service?

just take it in for service. Theres no reason for them to note anything down, as it wont inhibit them from doing the service, and they still get paid for doing the service...

I have never seen a voided warranty for aftermarket equipment at the dealers that i have worked for (including BMW owned)

Only if a problem arose from the aftermarket accessory will you have to pay for the repair

It depends on the dealer, but usually they won't bother you with an intake. My M3 serviced at Tischer and Russell in MD with aftermarket intake...no problem.
