I can give everyone a comparison between my Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrics vs. Nitto Invos on a nicely modded E92 M3 on a wet track.

If you know somebody at the dealership, there is now a way to program the car so that it knows you have the LED lights and not throw a warning. One of my techs just told me last week. Bad part is I have no modding money right now
I would love to hear about this. I am on the fence of what to get next for the 330 when the Potenzas wear.

In the rain he ran his Nitto Invo's and I of course ran my Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrics. He started out right behind me. I literally left him in my wake. He could not even come close to me. He said he was sliding all over the place. Yes, he does have more power than I do, but if he had any semblence of grip, he would have at least been able to keep up. Afterwards, he asked me three times about my tires. He's definitely getting them next time. On the wet track, I was driving almost as hard as I was in the dry. I didn't have ABS active once the entire time nor did the DSC chime in. My LSD was working perfectly. My instructor too asked me about my tires several times as well as the next instructor the following day (you have to get two signatures to be signed off to run solo - which I was). On the cool down lap, I tried to get the ABS to work by really standing on the brakes in turn 7 and the ABS activated, but I just stopped almost immediately. Coming out of the corner I really tried to get the tires to spin, but again, they just gripped. My instructor wanted me to try to push it a bit to see if we could get them to slide. I was blown away how well these tires did in the rain. 120mph down the front straight and no issues with hydroplaning.

Dude...please share the info! We have done it with playing around with resistors, but if I can code my car...of course that would be ideal. Send me details!!

I just recently switched from invos to the fk452s and I definitely have to say I miss the invos a lot. The invos are just much more smooth and quieter than the fk452 definitely repicking up antoher set of invos for my next tire

I dont know more than that. All he said was that there is a "retrofit" option in the ISSS now for E90s. Sort of like adding an alarm you need to retrofit it to the car.

before raving about Invos and talking about Falkens, try proper tyres on track/fast drive like Michelin PS2 or goodyear eagle F1 asymetrics...
I think that Invos and wotnot are great tyres for road use but if you ever gonna start pushing car in different conditions, and push it hard, the invos and such will give up quite quickly. Also, the review based on driving on new tyres is not as useful as review based on driving on same tyre after say 10k miles because it's very imortant how the tyre wears in as well. Cheaper ones tend to wear worse and lose qualities quicker. I'm sticking to my PS2s for all track use and road use for a while now and would only trade them for GYE F1s if I have to deal with wet weather fast driving (they are better then). Nitto Invo is good tyre for the price and is quiter than other budget performance tyres but they aren't the best that's out there IMHO.
