Lowering springs with msport suspension

Can I use lowering springs with msport suspension or do I need diff shocks and struts?

You can use stock m-sport shocks with up to -30mm\35mm kits, but you should forget about comfort on bumpy roads.

yes... I ran B&G springs on my "M" sport suspension awhile back...
