I didn't have USB and Bluetooth so that's why I installed these.

Out of curiosity would this allow me to play music via bluetooth? Being that I only have the AUX connection.

I am not sure about that. I think it depends on the phone itself. I have an iPhone and I was able to stream Google Map voice directions through car speakers using Bluetooth.

The MULF2 HIGH unit does not provide Bluetooth Streaming. Bluetooth handsfree capability only.

What can do in my situation? Being that I only have AUX inside my arm rest and want to add the USB/AUX feature to be able to play music via Bluetooth.

If you have the Idrive system, The addition of the combox would give those features and more.. If you don't you could try other aftermarket options but they will be about the same audio quality as most incorporate the use of the existing aux. If you have the apple device, you could try an airplay enabled setup.. We could speak off the sellers thread if needs be pM me, not to clutter his sale with chatter

Using this retrofit, you can use USB flash drive which then you can use car control to navigate through music.
