I really wanted the next S4 to be a TwinTurbo V6 but to my disppointment, many sources are indicating towards a Supercharged V6.http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...mates_car_news Or for a less believable rumor, some other sources are also suggesting both a single turbo and a single supercharger V6 setup(Dont trust it).(Like the VW 1.4 litr twincharged mill. Supercharger for the low rpm range and turbo for higher rpm range). In simple words, I don't like the word supercharger being used with the next S4.

Anyhow, I'm disheartened with Audi because they have a great history with turbocharging (I dont want to go into details, look for it on the net) and so,by not using their vast experience in it, they are just wasting their talent. And by going into a new 'Supercharge' territory where they have little or no experience, makes their decision questionable.

Anyway,before all these supercharger rumors, I read the news of TT V6 setup making a return.I got excited about it and decided, the upcoming B8 S4 should be my next car (Pair of Turbo's with AWD can't be bad righthttp://www.audiworld.com/news/07/b8-...usive-preview/). I dunno why but, I really like the next B8 A4/S4 conservative looks. Plus, with the great interior audi offers, it would have been worth it.
But with rumors of a new supercharged engine, I will change my decision.

To sum up the above paragraph in a short answer, 'no turbo's, no S4 for me' (I love turbo's)

I also made a poll at Audizine....and not to my surprise, many people shared my opinion about wanting the TTV6 engine in the next S4.
