BMW Ultimate Drive

The BMW Ultimate Drive is coming up (at least here on the East Coast).

It's a great opportunity to raise some money for a good cause, and do so simply by cruising around in a Bimmer. Although few in the lineup are as exciting as the 1er, and M cars not included...but still a no-strings-attached chance to get behind the wheel of a new X6, Z4 Coupe, flagship 7, or for those 30 and up an AlpinaB7.

What do you guys say for a collaborative 1Addicts effort to log as many miles as we can? Any interest? What do you guys think is a reasonable mileage goal?

I'm registered for BMW Manhattan on the 11th...can you register multiple times at different dealers? I have the time and urge to drive most of the BMW lineup :biggrin:

I did it when it was here on the midwest. Drove the B7, the 128, the M3 and a 525 touring. It was a lot of fun!

Do the Drive, you'll have fun. Earlier this year I got to drive the new M3 for 25-unchaperoned miles, had some fun, discovered I preferred the 135 hands down.

Wow...I had the pleasure of driving a 760Li V-12, X5 4.4i, X5 3.0 and a 535i through some of the craziest NYC traffic today....I won't begin to tell you in detail all the forum unfriendly things that took place today, but it sure was HELLA fun!
