FCP Euro is worth a look. Good prices and fast shipping.

If you become a member at Amsoil for a year, you get 25% off retail.

I would use OEM Bosch oil filters; you can get them on EBay pretty easily.
As far as the Trans, Beck & Arnley makes a great after mkt OEM quality filter for about $100.00. |

You have to shop around. Sometimes Amazon has great prices with free shipping. Also check ebay. I just bought some fluids at Carquest in my area for cheaper than anywhere I've seen. Also, Walmart just had 5 gallon mobil 1 synthetic on sale for like $22 bucks. If you're a member of Cosco or Sams, they usually have great deals too.
