Anybody know how to self install a front bumper? Or know someone that can do it flawless?

update: Prices's wants to charge me $879 for bumper(which they won't buy from tischer), body labor, paint supplies, paint labor. But there is guy on the forum that is selling my same exact bumper for $150, but is whining that to ship it will cost as much as the bumper. Until i convince this guy any of yall locally have one lying around let me know- e90 sedan fitment

Installing a bumper isn't that hard on any car. Just take your time and don't force it. There are a few DIY's floating around here in case you need it. The front bumper has a ton of bolts to it.

I do have my Stock E90 TiAg bumper, but need it for if I ever go back to
stock or have an unfortunate event due to someone else.

I wish I could, I need it though, for if anything like well what happened to you
happens to me. Sorry. You would probably want it repainted anyways.(If OCD) It
has a rock chip here or there, but that it normal on any car really.
I am also not sure how long I will have the car. I will probably be returning it
to stock if I ever sell it. The dad does not want me keeping it very long either,
but I plan on keeping it for a long time.

Why won't they buy it from tischer or give you check for it?

Boro, installing a front bumper is not hard at all. Definitely buy from someone and install it yourself. Trust me, its not worth it to pay someone else to do it- especially what Price's is charging. Like Dark said, read up on the DIYs on here and you're good to go. I used to install angel eyes by taking off the bumper before I got my jack. No big deal.

They were nice enough to total out my A4 so that I could have enough money to get my E90 . Car was pretty messed up though. Guy hit me at 50+ mph while i was stopped waiting to make a left turn.

When checking my oil level through iDrive does anyone know how much each bar represents. I'm down a bar and still have 3k miles before my oil change is due. I don't like driving the car with any oil burnt off much less for 3k more miles.

Now that's quick. You have power tools? I do all mine by hand, which definitely makes it take much longer.

I have some oil you can have. Will discount it 2.
Have 2 or 3 quarts I think? I have an oil change due in a few hundred miles anyways

bought it from the dealer. Probably 10$ would work. Actually you can just have it.

EDIT:

Just looked and only have 1 quart left, but its yours

unscrew wheel well. Its really easy. You have to take off a few bolts under the front bumper as well.

I'll let ya know, I might just run by tomorrow and tell them to top it off, no service costs for 50k miles better mean some oil if it is going to burn off like this. Expected from a turbo car so hope it won't be a problem. It's more the principle than actually buying it. Otherwise I would just go out and get some tonight.
