I'm not a big fan of the round holes for the new bumper, it looks like something a ricer in a Civic would do with a drill. (j/K) It does seem odd like they would need to drive around and camoflage just a bumper redesign. I doubt it is that different from stock/Mtech/M3 anyways.

I doubt the only thing they will change is a front bumper lol.. Im preety sure rear will be changed too..
This is the first and very early stage of the facelifted mule. This car has the new front bumper(as it is covered) and not rear 'yet'. Im guessing they r just testing out the front only. Hopefully we will see rear tails covered up soon "If" we are to get led tails... All it is now is a waiting game my friends!

Thus far, the front bumper and kidney grills have changed. In addition to the changed kidney grills, the hood has slightly been altered to accomodate them.

obviously they'll change more than the front bumper, goddamn some of the comments on this thread are retarded.

expect the usual, like canuck pointed out: headlights, maybe a creased hood, LED bars in the taillights, front/rear bumpers, revised rockers.

Expect much less from mid production facelifts as the auto industry cuts back. The face lift has traditionally been used to renew interest in a model in mid life. Manufacturer will be less interested in retooling in a market that is down nearly 50%. BMW is doing a little better than most, but last I read they were down 26% and thats going to eliminate many new projects and extensive facelifts. I expect we will see new bumpers and cuts in standard equipment.

Is it just me or is anyone else with me on this one... The E92 doesn't need a facelift, and based on that picture posted, the current design of the grill looks much better.

I know, here in america we don't like Wagon jet mobiles. We think it is absurd to have them.
The new Coupe will have a slight changes-nothing major. But why would it? It is too good looking.

Not much of a change if that is all the updating that is being considered. For my tastes, that's a good thing. Love the current design.

Right above the kidneys where the hood meets looks slightly different. In the comparison shot, the current e92 grills/hood area looks meaner.

I am totally with you on this one. There is not a thing i would like to change about my car... other than adding an aero lip and M-Tech rear.

It looks absolutely amazing as as. So amazing that when my lease it over i am most likely going to get exact same one. And probably with exact same color combo... maybe 335 though.
