Exclamation Sunroof Not Working

2011 328i, the sunroof will not move, tried resetting it by holding the button and using protools. Replaced the fuses(there was one that didn't have a fuse but it was working before so I don't think it's because of a missing fuse). No errors. Where should I start looking next? Also I checked that the button works in protools.

I believe you can open and close manually using an L wrench? Try to move it manually see if it gets unstuck?

Can you move it through Protools? Had the same issue with my E91 after changing my rain/light sensor to automatically turn on headlights with wipers. Light sensor kept headlights on constantly, and sunroof was completely inop by the switch, but would operate when commanded through protool. Re-coded the roof function control to factory in protool, and everything back to working order.

It won't move when I try to do it with protocols either, but Ill try to recode it to factory to see if that works.

Glad to hear it! I was ready to start ripping apart gate wiring, checking fuses, etc. Figured it was worth a shot since I had just changed some settings the day before!
