With less than 2 weeks to go, we are seeking firm commitments for help in managing meet.

This is our biggest meet ever and the excitement is high. But we realize at 120 cars, we're gonna need all the help we can muster to make this meet the best one yet, as well.

For this arduous task, he or she will be rewarded by a great sense of accomplishment, adoration by fellow dc metro'rs () and certainty that you will be called upon (by defaulr) for future meets and events ....

In all seriousness, we adhere strictly to the belief that this is a meet for us, by us. Its a collective effort towards a collective goal, there are no stars....just roundels

To start with, just so we know who we are...

1. NCC Group - Classics cars and mixed chassis (41 cars)
Group Lead - Zchilds
Asst Lead - open

2. M Group - M3s, M5, M coupes etc (20 cars)
Group Lead - ase2dais
Asst Lead - taken)

3. e90 Group - 325/330s, 328/335i (38 cars needs to be cut into 2 groups)

Group Lead 1- FrankoQ
Asst Lead - tman
Asst Lead - Swoop

Group Lead 2- KL2DC
Asst Lead - iatacs19
Asst Lead - BK


4. e92/93 - 328i/335i (21 cars)

Group Lead - Pseto
Asst Lead - Scottz
Assr Lead - Spool

*this is the general guidance, Group leads are responsible for their group safety during the rallye

Committees

-FrankoQ for any Registration/Wolftrap/Logistics Issues

-tasks includes ushering, setting up registration etc at Wolf Trap

-Pseto for any Route/cue sheets/Wolftrap/Passport parking issues

-tasks included ushering at Passport, overseeing etc.

-KL2DC for any photoshoot/video arrangements or artisitic () instructions

-tasks include photography, coordination, direction etc. for both locations.

- Car of the Meet judging/awards etc
-OPEN

Basically, we need volunteers to fill out the various committees. He or she will liase closely with the committee heads for details to tend to. We need talent ASAP especially for the photography/video committee. I need help here

task includes:
- approach incoming car, check them off the list, hand in waiver to get it signed, instruct car where to go park.

ditto...i think tman and i could handle all the incoming...and I'd like to do a better job of meeting n/ greeting and name recognition...

...being an ice hockey goalie for 22 yrs has had a distinct effect on me...i cannot remember sh*t...i get hit in the head a lot...I want to work on that...

since i will not be 'out on the town' the night before...I can be there early to do registration stuff...

also...please don't forget, if water restrictions are lifted from Loudoun in time, I plan to host a detailing session Saturday...that's a big IF though...

your solicitation for help was posted for awhile, my college kids needs public exposure and job training
but you take the registration lead with my kids since I have the parking plates assignment etc

I hope we can get some kind of flag so you can be seen and not run over
But 2 or 3 to come very early to direct traffic would be great.

Donny, we need a wake up call service since we will be "out" the night before.

or, as we discussed, we can go crash at the wolf trap parking lot no chance of missing the meet.
