Oil warning - twice after every 1000km
I've had my car for more than 3 years and never had any issue on oil needing a top-up in between service. I had my last service 1 month ago and the oil warning has come off twice each at 1000km. I took the car to the dealer and yes the sensor was right.
What can go wrong? I'm having my car at the dealer now and they are still figuring out what can go wrong. The oil just got depleted so fast. No leakage was visible. They have to remove engine cover they say. I'm worried.

Just got back from the dealer. They need to change some seal. Two of the cylinders shows some oil leaking out and they got burned.

Last update: Two of the cylinder has been rubbing the housing and so the whole engine block must be replaced. This is just ridiculous. A 3-year old car needs to have its engine replaced. If BMW doesn't cover this under warranty, this will be my last BMW.

Mine is 72k km and of mid 2005 build. It's already over warranty. But I don't give a shit. I will insist on them paying for the block. I am getting ready to show my bad side.
