I've been searching everywhere to find this rear bumper with left only exhaust cut out with no luck so far. Any help is much appreciated!

I think the "Except 335i" options would include the 328, but I'm not certain.

Yeah except 335i means it has a cutout on the left only so it fits the 328i exhaust.
And that is the E92 Aero rear bumper.
