BMW Professional HU display failing?

Before I picked up my CPO 328i (w/o iDrive) in September, I noticed a row of pixels in the HU were out, right thru the middle of the display .. I pointed it out to my salesman and the dealer replaced the HU before I took delivery. Now a few months later, I get into the car and it's happened again, this time the very bottom row is out.

Can anyone yield a guess as to what might have happened? Think it's a fluke, or could there be something bigger wrong?

I have no idea, but i do have a like new Prof HU laying around in case you're interested...
