How does a shop even do that?! I watched Dave do my suspension and it's baffling that someone could screw it up like putting a shock in upside down

Upside down?! Don't the KW's have labels and other wording on them in big bold letters? My DIY skills for mechanical stuff is near zero, but I would be questioning my decision if "Bilstein" was printed upside down.

Not to mention it only took 2 hours. Well worth the trip.

It's the spring hats and perches. If they perch is installed on the bottom control arm, you can't get at it with a spanner wrench. It can be installed either with the perch at the top or bottom.

I think most after market suspension are better than the OEM Xi suspension. Seems like they didn't care about the Xi folks

And that you feel minor bumps, nothing too uncomfortable, so you feel connected to the road. When you hit the big holes there is no longer that jarring noise and reaction. It soaks up the big bumps like a pro.

Figured I'd show some love for E90Post New England. Hopefully I'll have an aero lip and M3 trunk spoiler on there soon so I can represent in style.

So you guys think the 325i suspension handles WORSE than aftermarket suspension? Obviously aftermarket can perform better, but are you saying it seems to handle bumps and potholes too?

Too bad the weather forecast looks shitty for the foreseeable future:

Not a fan of all day gloominess/rain. But for the moment, clean car is still clean.

Stopped by Factory Five Racing yesterday since my buddy was dropping off his last payment on a Shelby kit car

They also had a GTM out in their lot, love the new design. Reminds me of a Saleen S7. Had the pleasure of hearing the techs open her up a bit too. An LS7 never sounded so good.

Just passed a SG E92 with NH plates on W Hollis in Nashua... low on some reverse dish wheels. Looked real clean! Anyone know who it is??
