Help - Car Stolen This Morning
Hello Everyone
As you can tell from the title my car was stolen from my house between 2-7am this morning. I just wanted to try and get a message out to everyone to look out for anyone looking suspicious driving around in a car which looks like mine. They appear to have opened the door in the early hours, taken a couple of laptops and of course my pride and joy!!!! The really frustrating part is that we have a Great Dane who usually barks at everyone who comes within 5 metres of the front door...............and when i say everyone, i mean everyone! So the car............. Its a E92 (coupe) 330d M Sport - - Le Mans Blue - Manual (so obviously pretty rare compared to a lot of the autos driving around) - Black Leather - Pro Sat Nav - 19 inch (225) wheels - It is also riding on a personalised plate (or was). Now they may have already removed the plate, but the it's pretty distinguishable - T23 ***. I can provide the full plate if people see one similar based on the description i've given, however i'm just a little caucious! If everyone can keep a look out, then i would be forever grateful!! Cheers |

Sorry to hear this fuck*ng chavs,i will keep an eye out as im in surrey.
What part of surrey you from got me worried now maybe stolen to order as most bmw, merc, audis are! we also have a big old staffie who dosent like stranges of the night so gives you a little piece of mind. Did your dog not bark? Also were your keys downstairs good job if they were wouldn't want them wandering up stairs to look for them. I have to little kiddies so i deffo wouldn't want that! |

It makes me sick that these people can go around doing this ( i wont elaborate on my views here because needless to say, they're pretty extreme)
Yeah the dog didnt bark at all, which is unfortunate because if she had she probably would have woken the wholes street up, not just us (very load bark) Keys were downstairs so I suppose you're right, u certainly would want people sniffing about upstairs when you're sleep (especially like you say, when you have kids) I would keep a close eye out tbh (make sure door is looked from the inside etc), the policeman was saying that this has happened a few times recently around my area! Im from the Camberley area so if you or anyone is from around here just be careful! Although the odds are that you'll be unlikely if it happened to you..... |

Crap - so they stole the keys to start it aswell?
Did you have any mods like blacklines or black grills that would help identify it from the masses?

No unfortunately it has no distinguishing features, other than the fact it was a manual (however you would have to see it up close parked somewhere to notice that!!!)
Apparently the police reckon it may have been taken to somewhere near you neck of the woods Paul, so if you see anything that would be good. Cheers |

sorry to hear the bad news mate. i had an attempt during the summer, 2 of them got seen by a neighbour at 3am. police said keep the door locked on the inside and take the keys with u upstairs when u sleep. if its a double glazed door its not good enough to just press the door lever up, u need to LOCK it from the inside, and they did all this despite us having an ADT alarm linked to the police. i'll keep an eye out as well, west london.

Paul - Sorry forgot to answer that question - yea they took the keys from the downstairs of my house. They used a metal pole which they bent into a hook shape to open the front door then they took the keys from the table................f**kers!!

Really sorry to hear the news mate - it is a horrible experience. Had it happen to me years ago when I lived with my parents. Nicked my old man's Montego at the time to get the scrotes back to Liverpool after burgling a further 4 houses in the area. We got the car back a few days later but things are never the same at home, knowing someone has been in. Be prepared for some sleepless nights every noise you will hear at night will make you want to investigate what it was. Hope things sort themselves out mate |

Paul - sounds silly but i havent even got a pic of it.........its entirely standard though on the 19inch 225 wheels, its badged 330d on the back as well.
Yatin c - checked with BMW and they cannot help even if you have got the pro/telematics Ciao - what happened to you? did you get the car back/ find the f**kers who did it? Simples - thank God for observant neighbours......i wasnt as fortunate! |

Really sorry to hear about this, glad you are ok. It's not fair that you cannot have anything these days without some to**er either damaging it or worse taking it.
Personally I would be praying they never find it as I dont think you would want it back after some littlle runt had been driving it. |
