Differential and transmission fluid

Hi guys! I am planning to change my differential and transmission fluids and I was thinking of using Motul gear 300. Is that a good choice? Also how many quarts do I need to buy?

My car is in the air and just did the rear, nasty stuff came out. rear is about 1 quarts, add until comes out.
Front is next and should be around 1 quarts too.
i bought my oil from bmw as it was the same price (almost) as royal purple and i know the shit works. otherwise my choice was going to be 75W90 royal purple.

tranny was recently changed = not by me and i also plan to change the transfer case about 2 quarts = 63$ per from bmw.
