Tischer BMW

Just wanted to make note of an experience with the guys over at Tischer BMW.

I ordered an Aero Lip for my E92 with them. The part was painted by a prefered shop that they use and it is an excellent match, and the quality of the work done is outstanding.

I did receive the lip with a few minor paint rubs on corners, due to a few different reasons, the biggest being UPS and their lack of ability to transport a part without damaging the exterior of a box. Anyways, long story short, hole in box = rubbed paint. I think a bit more protection on the edges would have helped, but it is what it is.

Anyways, I got in touch with the guys at Tischer about that, and they left me with many options to fix it. They would get me a whole new one, while they paid to have it resent and the other returned. They would give me up to the $160 to have it fully repainted locally by a shop of my choice.
I asked to get a simple touch up pen to try and do it myself, and they overnighted it to me.

Well, I got the paint, touched up the lip, and now you'd know no better. Good as new!

My overall review is excellent. As a dealership, they are top notch and truly know good customer support. Quick to respond and even quicker to react.
