Exhaust install

Hey fellas,

I have an RPi GT front pipe/cat delete (complete bolt-on) exhaust I'd like to install on my M. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop to do this?

Has anyone done an exhaust swap themselves? I'm almost thinking of doing it myself if possible without a lift. I'm wondering if I purchase ramps will that give me enough clearance...

Thanks in advance!

I've done full exhausts on just jack stands. If it's a bolt on and no welding is needed you can def do it yourself

If you happen to find a shop to get it done, please let me know. I need to get some welding done for mine. Thanks.

Damn, on just jack stands? Yes it is full bolt-on. It's pretty much an x-pipe.

If you need help installing, im free saturday/sunday. Although I have no jack or jackstands yet (just moved here, household goods is en route)

I've done a few exhaust swaps on various cars, and helped my brother with his 1M

Thank you! I might just take up you up on the offer. I think I'm good on tools, I'd only need to pick up some ramps.

According to FedEx tracking, delivery just changed to Monday. If you're available the following weekend I would appreciate the help then.

BTW, welcome to San Antonio! Where'd you move from?

I might be available, I'll have to see what my work schedule is like that weekend.

I just moved from California. Just purchased my 335i a week ago.

Bad news, I won't be available to help this weekend, due to work. I am however off "monday" tuesday and wednesday.. Monday is in quotes becuase while I am free early morning and later in the evening, I am taking a trip to Austin around the afternoon.. So if you're still looking for help and are available somehow on those days, I'd be willing to help still.

It's all good bud.. I think I might just take it to shop to have it. With the holidays coming up and busy workschedules for most, it would just be easier.

I truly appreciate you reaching out.

Would anyone be interested in assisting me with brake/rotor replacements this weekend at all? I'm in the military and i'm down in SA for drill. If not, could you assist me on getting some info about which kind to buy, even a link to buy them online would help. I have a 328i 2007 Sedan E90. Appreciate all of the help.
