Question Rims and tires Fitment from 08 335i convertible to 06 330xi sedan?

Hi there..I need your opinion and advice on this fitment question:

A friend mentioned that he's willing to sell me rims that he's taking off a U.S. 08 335i hard top convertible with sport package (rims are style 162). I have a canadian 06 330xi with 17" rims and I want to upgrade to a staggered setup.

He's stating that the size are:
235/35 R-18 front
265/30 R-18 rear

1-Were such sizes available for 08 335i from dealer?
2-If correct, will these sizes fit my car 06 330xi?
3-Finally, U.S. models have TMPS of tires. Can I just remove these since Canadian cars don't have them?

I have a feeling the sizes he provided me with are not correct. I still didn't see the rims and tires. I appreciate your input..

Thanks!

I want to say the tires should be 235/40, 265/35 since they're 18's and not 19's. If you don't need the TPMS sensors, you can simply remove them from the wheels. However, it won't make a difference if the sensors are in the wheels since your car won't pick them up.
