my friend has the software and tried to work on my car, he's not any expert and just learn about this whole new coding, but too bad my car is not accepting some function, we couldn't code corner delete on my car and couldn't turn on the AE as a DRL..

9 reviews...all 5/5 stars!!!
I've had my car detailed by Man, 5 stars for sure! I'll be back for another detail once the rainy season is all set and done.

On another note, does anyone know of a shop that can work on getting my A/C fixed on a saturday? So far I can only find Niello, but they are charging $320 to just check my pipes, flush and put in new ac refrigerant. While Schatz and Krum was half the price. Work and the need for a car during the weekdays makes it tough for me.

If the price is right, sure.

I may be out of town on memorial day weekend though.

Hi Everyone,

I just found this thread. I'm in Sacramento and is looking to have a features coded as well for an E92. If you guys still have the group coding session planned I'd love to join in. What's the status on that?

Thanks

I am local and interested in coding as well. Anyone in Sac have a cable and experience with doing LED lights on an early 335?

it's been pretty quiet recently. i try to stay off the forum before burning more money.

but here is just a reference pic i did over the weekend. my water pump failed on me so while the car is at dealer, might as well have them do the walnut shell blasting intake valve cleaning. i had everything done at a local dealer. car has 52k miles.

yea, car feels more "alive". much better responds, smoother idle, no more hesitation when WOT, my butt dyno tells me it brought back all those lost hp/tq was masked by the carbon buildup. really good stuff.

performance wise, i don't really care much. the smooth idle and "alive" part makes the driving more enjoyable now.

based upon what I think I know, this EGR SMOG crap directs the exhaust to go back into the intake side. Thus causes build up due to Direct Injection. On a normal injection, the fuel filters/washes (per say) the oil left over from the EGR system. So other words, direct injection vehicles get what you see in the picture above?

+1

Niello Fulton did the same thing on mine 2 weeks ago (walnut flush). I'm feeling like I'm driving a new(er) car again. Lag is completely gone and performance has definitely improved!! Definitely worth the cost.

As an update, I ordered Cobb AccessPort yesterday...will arrive Monday. I look forward to playing with the added HP/TQ.

Just wanted to intro myself.

just picked up a White 2008 335i (E90) with pretty much everything except I have the "rare" (yes unpopular) 17" wheels on it....

but other than that I couldn't be happier.

I'm up Woodland..

this is my first E90 but not my first turbo car...

already ordered a JB4 and DCI yesterday for it and looking at the HPF exhaust kit here soon...and hopefully get some style 189's later on...

I also drive a single turbo V8 car but it's for straight line use only...

hope to stay a steady member on here

Welcome and congrats on the new toy! It's been rather quiet on this forum lately, but there are still plenty of guys on here with lots of tune experience, if needed.

thanks...it's definitely the perfect daily driver...I almost picked u pa C6 vette but thought that these were much better, more comfortable, and handle just as well...plus, with a tune and a few upgrades...would probably be at the back bumper of a stock one

Def made the right choice IMO.

If you have the 17", I assume your 335i didn't come with the sports package? Personally, I upgraded my suspension and wheels before adding a tune. Although I had ZSP, I didn't feel my car was planted enough to support more power, especially with cornering. Just a thought..
