God I hate people that lie about the condition of the parts they're selling, it's pretty messed up to screw over another forum member and enthusiast.

Nope, I havent heard from lonestar22 at all. He has been on so I know he has gotten my messages.. Now I'm having to deal with UPS because they lost the 4th rim and they need lonestar to contact them so that they can give me my money back and of corse he is not returning their calls... FML.

I have reported Eraun (lonestar22) to IC3 devision of the FBI for internet related crimes today. I have also riled claims against him with UPS and Paypal as well as filling a report with my local police station and submitting a fraud claim with my bank.

Wow.. Just saw this thread.. That so uncool. I have to say that packaging job is an ultimate FAIL.

Did you make any progress with paypal or your Credit Card company? This is a lesson to everybody that even if you are paying with paypal make sure to use your Credit Card and not your paypal balance. Most CC's have fraud protection built in and they will take care of you if paypal doesn't.

+1 mike. all of my paypal transactions are completed through my amex. NEVER from my bank account. no protection whatsoever. paypal has been helpful to me in every claim i have ever filed- and when they haven't satisfied me, amex always has.
