I ended up going a different route and don't need this any longer. It was briefly hooked up. I had used wire nuts to temporarily hold the speaker wires so there is a little white paste on the wire. You could cut it off and strip a new piece of wire.

This is for the harness only. Fits a hi-fi stereo.

$60 plus shipping

You can upgrade your stereo system. It give you RCA outputs, remote wire turn on, and connections back to the stock speaker wire. For instance, if you went with a JL Audio XD600/6 you would plug this connector into the wiring in the back of your car, hook up the JL amp (power, etc) and be ready to go.

It prevents you from having to hack into wiring and mess with things. When you want to sell the car or trade it in, you just unplug the harness and plug it back to the factory amp (and remove whatever you installed).

This connector is only for the hi-fi audio system. If you aren't sure what that means, check out the audio section and the sticky in there.

I have hi-fi, I'm just wondering if I give this to the audio installer he'll know which connections go where.

I am not sure if I am allowed to say. If you do some searching you can find it or if you PM technic. I can tell you it is more than what I am asking, although he does include some power wire and a connector to plug into the battery terminal.

As far as your installer, I would hope the installed knows what to do with it. All the wires are clearly labeled and if he doesn't know what to do with it you should RUN!!

I think I have a buyer so this might be sold. As soon as I receive payment I will update this thread.
