Based off of the couple of other youtube videos I've seen, only the ending was fake. The discoloration around the eyes appears to be legit though.

think thats bad? google blairs 16 a.m. hot sauce; it's pure capsicum- its the extract of one of the hottest peppers on earth. For comparison, a habenero pepper is 300,000 scoville units while this hot sauce is 16 MILLION!

I once put a spoon-ful of Dave's Insanity Sauce in my friend's spaghetti when he went to the restroom. When he took ONE bite his mouth was on fire and he ended up puking up a storm. It was funny until the whole puking part of course...

The Ghost chili is the king of heat. Not even close. This what he ate. I watched a guy on some channel eat wings covered in Ghost sauce. He started panicking and was pouring milk in his eyes. Dumb ass.
