Exclamation Gauging interest: CSL 3D style Spoiler for e90

I've been looking around recently at the 3D Style rear spoiler for the e90 and I must say, it is the closest thing to a csl trunk that doesn't involve shelling out over 1k. However, the spoiler itself from 3D is pretty expensive and it doesn't seem like any vendor carries a rep for this.

Spoiler:

Spoiler touched up in photoshop with no lines

spoiler touched up in photoshop from rear, looks pretty darn close to a csl trunk.

I'm sure if there's enough interest a vendor would be willing to make a rep for this. So if you like this spoiler and like to see it made, please vote yes!

I bet you could have it molded to the trunk, kinda like how ppl have front lips molded to the bumper

that spoiler has always been sick.
it's a little more of a kick than the MTECH spoiler.
3d FTW!
even with a rep, let's say 250-350 and you mold it and paint.
your look'n around 1k+/-.

I like karbonwerke's trunk more.

edit- btw someone has a rep of this for sale.
u should ask him where he got it. -
and this thread should be moved to cosmetic.

Thanks for the response Frank.
If some vendor does come out with a rep for this spoiler, i'm sure it'd be good at around $200 painted. Most of us are probably not going to mold it because of the money issue hence why the spoiler in the first place.

Don't get me wrong, the karbonwerke trunk is sick and I would love to have one but most of us are not financially capable of spending 1k+ for a trunk

And I did check the thread about the one for sale, but there seems to be bad fitment issues with it.

I actually like the idea of it molded in...granted it's a good bit of cost, but OEM fit and finish of the trunk...I know I certainly wont benefit from any light weight hood or trunk...tho CF looks great.

seibon version

i eyed that too...I pm'ed a vendor here about it and that add-on costs about ~$700 way to much...also I just saw that JBspeed is selling a full trunk for only ~$450 shipped! which is crazy deal...but I'm not jumping that high though because I notice the height of the curve is not as much as what I'm looking for....idk I might just settle for it though at that price....

Whos going to order one and report back?

I'm curious about this spoiler as well. I may consider ordering. If it doesn't fit or looks like crap, I could always send it back or open a dispute via Paypal.

Thanks for the pics and the link on that. I can see where this could be a problem. I would worry more about it popping off once you got it on there properly.
